The Catholic High School, Chester Open Evening will take place on Thursday, September 21st, from 6pm-8pm at the Handbridge-based school.
Cathy McKeagney, Head of Catholic High School, Chester said the open events are a chance for children from Years 5 and 6, and their families to tour the school and take part in a number of activities.
She added: “We are so excited for what is the biggest event in our school calendar. Our Open Evenings are always buzzing with excitement and lots of interactive activities for prospective pupils to take part in. Our staff and wonderful students have been working really hard behind the scenes to make this the best one yet!“
The Catholic High School, Chester has just celebrated it’s 50th anniversary and is a well-established school within Chester. The school is “Open to Everyone” and has a tradition for achieving excellent results and providing the fantastic pastoral care for students. It also received a Good rating from Ofsted at an inspection in 2022.
The deadline for primary school pupils applying for high school is Tuesday, October 22nd.
“There is no need to book a place for the Open Evening on the 21st, just come along!” added Mrs McKeagney.
